is sonic dream team any good? I dont have an iphone or apple arcade so idk anything about it. I just know the lamb character and i keep mixing the title up with sonic dreams collection

Critics say it looks good and plays well. The story is bland and the game is very short, though.
I'd imagine you are not playing Sonic games for the story - so you'll probably be alright. The main crux will be if you are okay with the asking price for a short game.
On the other hand the platformer 'Timespinner' is about 20 bucks (DRM-free), has a good story, looks great, sounds great and plays well. It has replay value if you like speedruns or really enjoyed the story. My only real gripe is that the time stop mechanic feels like a gimmick, rather than like a core mechanic - but the game is enjoyable even if you completely ignore that mechanic after the tutorial. The wide variety of attacks and equipment is where this game really shines. The voice acting is good, but not every single dialogue is voice acted.
